Your name, contact details, address, and payment information are used only to facilitate the bookings you request on SparkleSpot.

Vetted, background-checked cleaners
Every cleaner on SparkleSpot must complete identity verification before their profile is approved.
Cleaners can complete a paid background check, and those who pass earn higher trust badges (Silver and Gold).
Cleaners who fail verification or violate our standards are removed from the marketplace.
Your data is isolated and protected
Each customer and cleaner can only see their own bookings, messages, and profile information — no one else's.
Contact details are only revealed between the customer and the specific cleaner they have booked.
Payment is processed securely through Stripe; we never store your full card number on our servers.
Cleaner tax records — such as W-9 forms and sales tax license acknowledgments — are stored securely and accessed only by the cleaner and authorized administrators.

In-app messaging lets you communicate without exposing your personal phone number until you're comfortable.
